With Craig, Dave and Gareth. Too much snow and ice!

A tough snowy ride with Dave - too much ice around made some of the descents a lot slower and sketchier than usual. The temperature never rose above freezing, but there was no wind so it wasnt too cold as long as we kept moving.

A long ride from Brynteg B&B down to the visitors center, round the Penhydd trail, back up all the way to the Drop-off Cafe at Glyncorrwg, then round the Whites Level trail including the new black section

With Craig and Dave. Temperature between 0 and 4 degrees, no wind, mostly dry trails - very fast and great fun!

A long long ride with Dave, Al and Pete - with some brilliant descents (and a climb or two) at crazy speeds - a great day out! We did the W2 followed by the Penyhdd. (not sure whats going on with the heartrate at the start - theres no way it was 200+ ...)

A loop from the Drop-off Cafe following the Whites Trail, including the optional black section, back onto the Whites but then diverted passed the wind farm and (eventually) down The Wall, then followed the old railway line path back to the Drop-Off - it didnt stop raining once!
